Mursal Hottak

Mursal Hottak is a first-year Law student at Birmingham City University and serves as Secretary of the BCU Law Society. An accomplished public speaker, she was crowned Mooting Champion in both semesters of her first year and won the Semester One Debating Competition, demonstrating her advocacy, communication, and legal reasoning skills.

As Secretary, Mursal supports the day-to-day operations of the society while helping to create opportunities for students to develop their confidence, commercial awareness, and professional skills. She is passionate about encouraging fellow law students to engage in competitions, networking opportunities, and practical experiences that prepare them for successful careers in the legal profession.
